This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services offered by FoodAITech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Policy.

FoodAITech provides digital services and/or software solutions, including but not limited to:

Food Technology Solutions
Software Development
AI-Based Services
Consulting Services
Subscription-Based Services
Please note: Due to the nature of digital services, work begins immediately after payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
3.1 — Before Project Initiation
Cancellation Before Work Starts
  • You may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not started
  • Eligible for full refund after deducting payment gateway / processing charges
3.2 — After Project Initiation
Cancellation After Work Begins
  • Once the project has started (planning, design, development), cancellation requests will not be accepted
3.3 — Subscriptions
Ongoing / Subscription Services
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refund for the remaining period unless explicitly stated otherwise
Refund Policy
4.1 — Eligible Refund Cases
When Refunds May Be Considered
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated
  • Failure to deliver services as per agreed scope
4.2 — Partial Refunds
Partial Refund Conditions
  • If cancellation occurs after initial work but before first delivery, a partial refund may be issued after deducting work completed and resource costs
4.3 — Non-Refundable Cases
Strictly Non-Refundable
  • Advance payments once the project has started
  • Completed milestones or delivered work
  • Custom development services
  • Consultation fees
  • Third-party costs (APIs, hosting, domains, etc.)
Subscription & SaaS Services
Refund Window
Refund requests must be raised within 7–14 days of purchase (if applicable plan allows)
After Period
After the window closes, no refunds will be issued for the subscription period
Access Continues
Access will continue until end of billing period after cancellation is confirmed

Refund requests are reviewed and a decision is communicated

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are requested to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension of services associated with the account.
